McFeggan Brown were keen to expand their business and establish themselves as leaders in their marketplace.

Problem:

McFeggan Brown are a leading office design, fitout and refurbishment company based just south of Bristol. Serving customers across Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire and beyond. McFeggan Brown had typically grown their business through traditional forms of advertising but wanted to turn their attention to online marketing. They had a number of key competitors getting ahead of them for key online searches and had not had success with their current Google Ads company. They come to us wanting to improve their Google PPC campaigns and grow their online presence with Bristol and the South West. As the relationship progressed they also came to us to facilitate social media and content marketing activities for their business.

Solution:

We started by putting together a free review of the account, identifying key ways to improve the performance and shortly after this were enlisted to take on the management of the Google Ads campaigns. Within the first 2-3 months of PPc management we had managed to increase campaign performance by 1100%. Following this success, McFeggan Brown asked us to support them in a number of additional areas of their business.

At the time their SEO presence was not as strong as it could have been. They were getting page 1 rankings but not at the top of Google for core keyword searches such as “office fitout bristol”. They were also struggling with maintaining a presence across social media, particularly linkedin and instagram. As a result we put together an additional SEO, content and social media plan to improve their SEO visibility and social media presence. This included a full SEO and content roadmap which would position their company as a go-to source of industry information for prospective clients and partners alike.
