Rich O’Brien
Head of Digital
Rich is an experienced digital marketer with a love for music and all things digital. After joining Newicon in 2013 as an administrator and glorified office tea boy, Rich found his passion for digital marketing and soon formed the digital marketing department now known as Flex Digital. Since then he has taken the team from strength to strength, developing new services, building long-lasting client and partner relationships and working on training and consultancy programmes. His short sabbatical to companies such as SunLife helped him see what life was like in both client-side and agency-side roles, bringing in the learnings from both and applying these to the day to day running of Flex Digital. Outside of work, he still enjoys creating and writing music, playing gigs, gaming and spending time with family and friends. Oh and he can also clap with one hand… so that solves that age old question…
Andy Mason
Client Success Manager
With 17 years of experience in the digital marketing world, Andy oversees the day to day running of delivery and marketing operations, working directly with our department heads. As our Client Success Manager, he is often one of the first people you come into contact with at the company, alongside Rich the MD. Outside of work, Andy’s passions include Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, gin and spending time with his family. You will often hear him making questionable noises whilst enjoying his food.
Chloe Wheeler
Operations Manager
With over 15 years of Management roles in Sales, Marketing and Operations Chloe heads up our operations here at Flex. With first hand experience of how people, processes and strategy align for high revenue growth, she straddles the line between sales and marketing and delivery, ensuring that everything we deliver to our clients is on time and on budget.
Outside of work Chloe enjoys a strange collection of extreme opposites in activities. Weight training and yoga, listening to Classical and Rock music, solo hiking and then meeting up with her big family for get togethers.
Tiegan Schofield
Digital Marketing Executive
Tiegan has been working in digital marketing for 6 years, spending the first year in-house and then moving to agency afterwards. The last 3 years spent with Flex Digital have allowed her to work with a variety of clients and expand from SEO focused beginnings to utilising PPC and Social Media to help clients bring in as many leads as possible. Outside of work Tiegan enjoys live music, reading, aerial arts, looking after animals, and video games, as well as roller skating and longboarding in warmer months.
Marek Boczarski
Digital Marketing Executive
Marek is a digital marketer with over 7 years of experience in search engine optimization (SEO). His passion for digital marketing drives him to constantly search for new keywords and improve websites. Outside of work, Marek loves to stay active by cycling, running, and playing table tennis.
Luca Elice
Digital Strategist
Luca is an experienced digital marketer with over 7 years of expertise in search engine optimisation (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC). For the past 2 years, he has been working at Flex Digital, where he has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and further develop his skills in SEO and PPC. Luca is passionate about helping his clients generate more leads and achieve their goals. When he’s not busy at work, you can find him leading an active lifestyle – from hitting the gym to playing sports. In his free time, Luca also enjoys playing video games and exploring new places through travel.
Tamara Toothill
Digital Marketing Executive
Tamara has been in digital marketing for a number of years and has a vast amount of experience creating engaging, SEO-optimised website and social media content. Prior to joining Flex, she developed her skills within a range of different industries, from retail and recruitment to estate agency.
Tamara is self-confessed foodie and, outside of work, she runs a food social media page where she tries out different cuisines from around the globe and shares some of her favourite recipes! Check out her Instagram to see some of the tasty dishes that she has been trying lately…
Steve O'Brien

As the founder of our parent company Newicon, Steve brings his range of technical software and business expertise to the team at Flex. Working alongside Rich and Mark Probert, Steve helps shape the course and direction of Flex Digital, and how it aligns with the values and cause of Newicon. Infusing the technical knowledge and agile development principles of software development into the fast paced, iterative world of digital marketing is what Steve brings to the mix.

As co-director of our parent company Newicon, Mark brings a wealth of branding, design and business development expertise to the Flex team. His work across technical software, web design and UX/UI projects means he is always on hand to offer unparalleled industry experience and insights to fuel the creative output of Flex Digital’s UX, web and branding projects.
Matt Leigh
Digital Marketing Executive
As our newest member of the team, Matt brings a fresh range of creative and technical skills to Flex. From managing social media accounts and designing creatives, right through to optimising websites and PPC accounts, Matt loves sinking his teeth into digital marketing projects and delivering fantastic results for his clients.
Outside of work Matt also runs his own clothing brand, is an avid Man U supporter and enjoys getting immersed in the latest video games!

As our Head of Barketing and Employee Morale, Heidi, along with her cousin Obi, both have an all important job of being available for office cuddles and walks.
