Problem:

When Bendrey Bros first came to us they were having problems with their current wordpress/Woocommerce website installation. Their internal product management systems were not talking to their website backend, and this was causing wide scale problems. They were also unhappy with the current marketing support they were receiving and wanted to generate considerably more leads, and better position their business online.

It was clear that the service they offered to their customers was second to none, and their family-run business values rung true throughout the business. Recognising this, we knew that we had to help them spread the word and so we put together a plan of how we could support them.

To position Bendrey Bros as a market leader in timber supplies, decking, fencing and much more, we conducted a thorough competitor and keyword analysis, as well as a full website review to identify key pitfalls and opportunities. From this we produced a marketing roadmap, which together with the audit and keyword analysis served as a benchmark for the competition and established a long-term vision for Bendrey Bro’s digital strategy.

This strategy has been rolled out over the past 12 months years, and included a strong presence across organic search results, pay-per-click, and regular content marketing and social media engagement to promote Bendrey Bro’s authority in its industry. As well as providing advice throughout their renewed website development process which we worked together on with an external partner agency.
