Problem:
Mount Pleasant Hotel came to us when their marketing manager was leaving the company and so they no longer had an internal resource to manage their marketing activities. They were struggling to be seen online for the services they offer and were hoping to increase their online visibility in an extremely competitive market.
Solution:
Establish a strong organic online presence and enhance the client’s online reach through paid ads.
Initially, we provided social media and Google Ads services which delivered a high return. From there, we tackled their SEO presence which was poor, particularly for core terms. For this we put together a thorough plan to improve their online organic positioning in a very competitive search marketplace. This included a full SEO and content roadmap to position the hotel as a go-to source of local information. Their website and online branding also followed suit with the team entrusting us to design and build a modern, responsive and conversion-focused website that would enhance the online positioning for both their hotel and restaurant websites.
Eventually, our service grew to take over the full marketing suite, offering SEO, content and blog writing, web design and development (through a partner agency), social media management, facebook and social ads, email marketing, digital strategy, graphics, posters and marketing material. The client has since discussed additional marketing campaigns and ventures and become a long-term partner where we work as an effective outsourced marketing department.
